The "Meat Scan" is a compact meat component analysis device that allows for the rapid and non-destructive measurement of fat in meat using near-infrared analysis without the need for sample pretreatment. With the standard meat calibration curve included, anyone can easily perform fat analysis. Additionally, the compact design with an integrated PC allows for use in various locations, including near production lines. 【Features】 ■ High-precision measurement of fat in meat using transmission-type near-infrared analysis ■ Fast measurement of approximately 45 seconds per sample ■ Space-saving compact design ■ No reagents or consumables required ■ Comes with a meat calibration curve developed based on a database of 20,000 meat data points *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
