"ProFoss2" is a new dairy manufacturing support solution that enables monitoring of production, rapid adjustment and optimization of manufacturing equipment, and reduction of analysis costs by continuously analyzing dairy products flowing through the production line. For example, by monitoring the composition (moisture, fat, salt, total solids, non-fat solids, etc.) of products such as butter, cream, mozzarella, fresh cheese, and yogurt in real-time and with accuracy, timely adjustments to manufacturing equipment can be made, leading to improved profitability.
