"OenoFoss2" is an advanced analytical device that enables rapid and high-precision component analysis in sake brewing management. Using Fourier transform measurement technology, it can simultaneously measure multiple components of sake in a short time. It is capable of measuring alcohol, density, total acidity, amino acid content, and glucose at the same time.
