Torque Converter 4502A

Accurate output data of 0 to ±5VDC transmitted non-contact!

The Mini Smart Torque Converter Model 4502A uses strain gauge technology to transmit analog output data of 0 to ±5VDC non-contact. It also has built-in output for rotational angle and speed. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- • Built-in measurement circuit • Accurate output signal ±5VDC (Electrical insulation from power supply and measurement signal) • Non-contact data transmission • Single-pole power supply • Standard connection methods: - 1/4” hex socket (DIN3216) - Square socket (size depends on rated torque) - Round shaft • Rotational angle measurement (optional)

basic information

The Mini Smart Torque Converter uses strain gauge technology. The torque signal is transmitted from the rotating shaft through frequency modulation and converted into an analog signal. The rotational angle signal outputs a two-phase signal of 360 pulses per rotation in TTL. An external calibration signal input is also provided. Additionally, there is a wide variety of connection methods available, offering optimal models and mounting bases for applications such as tool configurations and testing equipment.
