KiTorq Rotor 4550A

Torque flange for dynamic torque measurement. Ideal for applications such as motors, transmissions, pumps, and engine benches!

The KiTorq (Key Torque) rotor model 4550A for high dynamic torque measurement sends measurement values to the KiTorq stator model 454XA. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- • Non-linearity 0.03% (including hysteresis) • Accuracy of the second range below 0.15% • High response 10kHz (frequency response) • Up to 8,192 pulses/revolution

basic information

The KiTorq system is a torque flange composed of a rotor type 4550A... and a stator type 454xA.... The pulse count is up to 8,192 pulses per revolution. The stator automatically detects changes in the rotor and sets the necessary parameters. Stators and rotors with the same pulse specifications can be combined freely (e.g., changing the rotor while keeping the stator common). All rotors capture torque using strain gauges (DMS). The generated signals are amplified and processed at a sampling rate of approximately 35 kHz. The high sampling rate means that dynamic torque can be measured. There are various options available for calibrating the configurable output signals of the KiTorq system. Calibration is performed using a high-precision calibration system that can be traced to national standards.
