Manufacturing Process Monitoring System maXYmos BL 5867B
Achieve simple and highly reliable product inspection!
The manufacturing process monitoring unit maXYmos BL displays two correlated measurement values in a waveform on an X-Y graph and monitors the manufacturing process based on that waveform. It is also possible to display sensor signals in a time series waveform and perform monitoring based on that waveform. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- - Built-in charge amplifier for piezoelectric sensors (amplifier for strain gauge sensors is also selectable) - Display and operation via a touch panel color display - Various pass/fail criteria (thresholds) are provided - Up to 4 pass/fail criteria can be set
basic information
The maXYmos BL is an excellent monitoring unit equipped with a functional and modern case design, an easy-to-understand operation menu, and practical features. The high-saturation touch screen color display allows for smooth operation and clearly presents process information. Each setting screen in the operation menu displays only the necessary configuration items to facilitate easy operation. Additionally, it is equipped with many functions necessary for monitoring manufacturing processes based on the relationship between displacement and load, or the time series of load. Furthermore, it includes a serial interface and digital input/output for communication with external devices. By using the maXYmos BL to monitor the quality judgment of each individual process in a production line composed of various processes, it prevents defective products from being sent to the next process, thereby improving production efficiency and maintaining quality.

Announcement of a free webinar: A highly popular seminar where sales engineers share their on-site experiences, "What is the key to visualizing manufacturing processes?!" (8/10)
How to connect the visualization of the manufacturing process to solutions such as quality improvement and defect reduction, finding clues for improvement from collected data, and the factors that hinder success at the stage of utilizing data for improvement, as well as methods for effectively using data by removing those hindrances, will be discussed by our sales engineers who have been consulting with many manufacturing sites. They will unravel a case study of one of the assembly processes of electronic devices, pin insertion (terminal pressing), and share points on utilizing in-process load measurement data based on their experience. August 10, 2022 (Wednesday) Please check the details and apply via the button below [Details/Application] (this will jump to our registration form).
