Manufacturing Process Monitoring System maXYmos TL 5877B
Anomaly detection in various processes. For example, by attaching a force sensor to the pressing machine, it can detect not only missing parts but even burrs on the side being pressed!
maXYmos TL is a unit that displays two interrelated measurements as waveforms on an X-Y diagram and monitors the manufacturing process based on those waveforms. It is also capable of displaying sensor signals as waveforms over time and monitoring based on those waveforms. maXYmos TL comes with numerous criteria (thresholds) for judgment, enabling in-process monitoring that caters to various manufacturing processes. 【Features】 - Built-in amplifiers for piezoelectric and strain gauge sensors - Supports encoder signals - Display and operation via a 10.4-inch touch panel color display - Offers many criteria (thresholds) for pass/fail judgment - Allows setting of up to 10 pass/fail criteria - Can connect up to 8 monitoring modules to a single display module - Compatible with CC-Link
basic information
The maXYmos TL consists of two main modules. The "Measurement and Evaluation Module (MEM)" collects sensor signals and performs monitoring based on their waveforms, and the "Display Module (DIM)" has a touch panel for displaying waveforms and setting criteria (thresholds). The Display Module (DIM) can connect up to eight Measurement and Evaluation Modules (MEM). For example, it can flexibly accommodate a simple system using one Measurement and Evaluation Module (MEM) and one Display Module (DIM) to monitor a single pressing process based on the relationship between force and displacement, or a more complex system using multiple Measurement and Evaluation Modules (MEM) to simultaneously monitor a composite assembly process. Additionally, the maXYmos TL includes evaluation criteria (thresholds) that utilize slope, inflection points, hysteresis, and averages, in addition to those available in the lower model, the maXYmos BL (Basic Level) model 5867B..., enabling advanced monitoring of manufacturing processes.

Announcement of a free webinar: A highly popular seminar where sales engineers share their on-site experiences, "What is the key to visualizing manufacturing processes?!" (8/10)
How to connect the visualization of the manufacturing process to solutions such as quality improvement and defect reduction, finding clues for improvement from collected data, and the factors that hinder success at the stage of utilizing data for improvement, as well as methods for effectively using data by removing those hindrances, will be discussed by our sales engineers who have been consulting with many manufacturing sites. They will unravel a case study of one of the assembly processes of electronic devices, pin insertion (terminal pressing), and share points on utilizing in-process load measurement data based on their experience. August 10, 2022 (Wednesday) Please check the details and apply via the button below [Details/Application] (this will jump to our registration form). If you like, please also watch the reference video!
