High-Performance Monitoring System for Manufacturing Process maXYmos NC 5847A
Real-time monitoring and control of individual manufacturing steps, assembly units, and the quality of finished products is possible!
maXYmos NC is a system that uses Kistler's servo press to control, monitor, evaluate, and digitize the joining and pressing processes. It displays the relationship between displacement values and load values as waveforms. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- • Up to 128 independent judgment programs can be created • Each program can accommodate up to 10 different types of judgment criteria for online/offline use • Equipped with sequence control functions (sequencer) to ensure maximum flexibility • Achieves high-speed real-time communication with servo drives via the SERCOS III communication standard • Equipped with a rich variety of fieldbus interfaces for system control (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP) • Historical data for analyzing the causes of NG judgments for the last 500 cycles • Statistical processing and digitization of measurement results (Q-DAS, CSV, PDF, XML)
basic information
maXYmos NC not only evaluates and digitizes the characteristics of waveforms but also controls the servo amplifier that drives the servo press. Communication is conducted in real-time via SERCOS III, which guarantees high reproducibility and optimal performance. It can be easily operated from a PC or a touch screen (optional), and supports various fieldbus interfaces. The built-in sequence control function (sequencer) helps to easily, quickly, and universally map complex operational processes. The display module (DIM) can connect up to eight measurement and evaluation modules (MEM). This allows for flexible solutions, ranging from a simple system that monitors a single pressing process based on the relationship between force and displacement, to systems that use multiple measurement and evaluation modules (MEM) to simultaneously monitor complex assembly processes. Furthermore, high-performance evaluation commands enable monitoring and control even for very complex XY sequences.

Announcement of a free webinar: A highly popular seminar where sales engineers share their on-site experiences, "What is the key to visualizing manufacturing processes?!" (8/10)
How to connect the visualization of the manufacturing process to solutions such as quality improvement and defect reduction, finding clues for improvement from collected data, and the factors that hinder success at the stage of utilizing data for improvement, as well as methods for effectively using data by removing those hindrances, will be discussed by our sales engineers who have been consulting with many manufacturing sites. They will unravel a case study of one of the assembly processes of electronic devices, pin insertion (terminal pressing), and share points on utilizing in-process load measurement data based on their experience. August 10, 2022 (Wednesday) Please check the details and apply via the button below [Details/Application] (this will jump to our registration form). If you like, please also watch the reference video!
