basic information
The 4007D...DS is a compact and robust piezoresistive pressure sensor capable of extremely precise measurements in high-temperature environments up to 200°C. This sensor uses an active 4-arm Wheatstone bridge to generate an electrical signal proportional to the pressure. The Wheatstone bridge is embedded in a silicon diaphragm formed using Silicon on Insulator (SOI) technology. By adopting this technology and Kistler's DCE (Direct Chip Exposure) measurement method, the 4007D...DS can minimize hysteresis and reproducibility errors even when used at temperatures up to 200°C.

Applications/Examples of results
Due to its small size and excellent dynamic responsiveness, it enables high-precision pressure measurement even in spaces where conventional sensors cannot be installed. It can be used for various pressure measurements, particularly suitable for measuring non-conductive and non-corrosive gases and liquids.
