LabAmp 5167A
New product released in August 2017! It is a charge amplifier for multi-component force measurement with built-in AD conversion functionality!
The LabAmp model 5167Ax1 is an excellent charge amplifier for multi-component force measurement and also a device that directly outputs digitized measurement values to a host computer for analysis. -* Features *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- • Direct connection to the dynamometer: Fischer plug • Connection to evaluation software DynoWare model 2825A • Processes up to 100kSps per channel with 24-bit resolution • Processes continuous digital signals with minimal delay • Flexible low-pass, high-pass, and notch filter adjustments • Low noise specifications • Flexible scaling of 4 or 8-channel analog outputs • Status display via LED • Configuration and control via standard web browser or evaluation software DynoWare • Compatible with LabVIEW • Two-port Ethernet interface with switching functionality
basic information
The LabAmp model 5167Ax1 features advanced signal processing technology with excellent flexibility. The frequencies for high-pass, low-pass, and notch filters can be directly input as numerical values in Hertz. Input signals can be flexibly converted to analog output. The graphical user interface (GUI) not only provides an easy and intuitive way to configure the device but also displays different measurements (for example, live values, minimum/maximum values, root mean square). The virtual channel function can sum different input signals in real-time. In the case of the Kistler multi-component dynamometer, it can calculate not only the torque vector obtained from three components but also the force.

We will exhibit at Mechatrotech Japan 2019 (October 23 to October 26) ■■■ Cutting power meters, etc.
We will be exhibiting at "Mechatrotech Japan 2019," which will be held from Wednesday, October 23 to Saturday, October 26, at Port Messe Nagoya. At our booth, we will showcase how to effectively cut materials. What impact do tools have on cutting force? How can we extend the lifespan of tools? What kind of cutting force acts on the blade? What are the optimal cutting data and methods? We will display cutting power meters that can help answer these questions, and we look forward to your visit. Please stop by our booth! *************************** Mechatrotech Japan 2019 October 23 (Wed) - 26 (Sat), 2019 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (until 6:00 PM on Friday, and until 4:00 PM on the last day) Port Messe Nagoya Booth Number: 2C19, 2nd Exhibition Hall * Look for the blue "KISTLER" against a white-themed booth * ***************************

We will exhibit at EMO Hannover 2019, the world's largest metalworking trade fair.
We will be introducing new products at EMO Hannover 2019, which will be held in Hanover, Germany from September 16 (Monday) to September 21 (Saturday), 2019. At our booth, we plan to showcase the prototype of the new Piezo Tool System (PTS) for the first time. The PTS is a new system that allows for the direct measurement and monitoring of cutting forces at the tool tip in micro-turning operations, and we will explain the benefits to our customers (such as extending tool life) that come from implementing this system. For more details, please refer to our company website. *************************** EMO Hannover 2019 Dates: September 16 to 21, 2019 Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Venue: Hanover International Exhibition Center Booth Number: Hall 3 [I10] ***************************
