The sensor-integrated spark plug (measurement spark plug) model 6115C... allows for in-cylinder pressure measurement without the need for a separate measurement hole. The measurement spark plug model 6115C... offers various heat ratings, spark positions, and shapes. Electrical connections are made via SAE or CUP cable connector nuts. Ceramic insulators are available in diameters of 7.7 mm, 9 mm, or 10.5 mm. By slightly offsetting the electrode by 1.7 mm, space is created for incorporating the sensor. The sensor is inserted from the underside of the plug and secured with a small hole screw that also provides flame protection.
