Kistler's servo presses contribute to the easy monitoring, control, and optimization of joining and pressing processes in the automotive field and the automotive parts industry by measuring load and displacement. Their high precision and reproducibility also lead to improved quality assurance and process reliability in mass production. Additionally, they require little effort for maintenance and management. basic information
It is equipped with force sensors (2151B/2152B/2157B/2160A/2161A are quartz piezoelectric type, and 2153A/2161A/2162A/2163A are strain gauge type) housed in a robust case. Additionally, the drive is powered by an electronically rectified AC servo motor, which allows for precise speed control unaffected by load through this servo amplifier. The drive motor is equipped with an absolute encoder for accurate positioning. Furthermore, these servo presses can operate in conjunction with the IndraDrive servo amplifier and Kistler's high-performance process monitoring system, maXYmos NC.
