A handheld pressure sensor equipped with three crystal piezoelectric thin-film force sensors. The measurement system using a piezoelectric crystal spot welding electrode pressure sensor can be connected to various evaluation devices. The evaluation device records the transition of force and changes in welding current. The grounded and insulated sensor prevents the outflow of welding current during measurement, and the built-in charge amplifier outputs a voltage signal of ±5 VDC (calibrated) proportional to the force applied to the sensor. 【Features of the Measurement System】 • The welding process can be improved by optimizing the transition of electrode pressure and changes in welding current. • The sensor can be connected to the welding pressure monitoring model 5825A2 (portable handheld) and the control monitor CoMo II model 5857B. • Documentation is possible via RS-232C interface. • Robust and overload-resistant component design.
