プラグオンキャップは通気性があります。窒素ガスによる初期加圧をサンプルに伝えるため、サンプルの突沸を抑制し、爆発的な反応リスクを抑え、安全な分解を実現しています

サンプルは、バイアルラックにかけて、ライナー（白いケース）に入れて運搬→そのまま装置にかけることができます。移送時は標準付属の蓋を使えるため、酸から分析者を守ります。

クランプ周りがフラットではなく窪みと排気があるため、意図しないガスの発生から分析者を守ります。 ライナーはリフター機能で自動で取り出すことも可能です。

加圧チャンバーは水圧試験を受けた頑丈なクランプで閉止されているため安全性が考慮されております。圧力容器は日本国内でも個別検定を受けて出荷されており、安心して使用できます。 また、前面のシールドは、緊急時に分析者を保護します。（予期されない酸の吹き出しなど）
