The new high-precision MIDA touch probe is widely compatible with NC lathes, machining centers, and grinding machines.
The T series probes achieve optimal unidirectional repeatability. They are ideal for use on sculpted surfaces and surfaces with low complexity. Additionally, they provide optimal spatial isotropy and high repeatability, making them ideal for precise 3D measurements on complex surfaces typically created during the machining of molds, shells, and turbines. These probes employ a mechanical structure, ensuring excellent durability against the effects of machining vibrations and acceleration of machine axes. The T series probes demonstrate reliability and durability even in machining environments that use high-pressure coolant or generate large amounts of chips. This is because the T series features a rich lineup of various models tailored to measurement force and protective structure types. For lathe applications, there are standard types and steel types (S versions).
