Measuring Head for Internal Grinding Machine Thruvar Quick Setup
The Thruvar Quick Setup measuring head is mounted inside the work head spindle of the grinding machine and is used for inner diameter measurement in internal grinding machines.
The measurement values of the workpiece are transmitted in real-time from this Thruvar measurement head to the Marpos P7 amplifier, which outputs control signals to the grinding machine. This output signal is used for rough grinding, fine grinding, finishing, and spark-out as the infeed for the grinding wheel.
