Monitoring and analysis of machinery and components 'GEMVM'
Opportunities for preventive maintenance of peripheral devices and process monitoring are possible! Additionally, highly reliable data can be obtained.
"GEMVM" is a standalone module that enables preventive maintenance of machines, peripheral equipment, and other systems through vibration monitoring and temperature monitoring. By detecting collisions and activating alarms quickly (in less than 1 ms), it maximally protects against damage caused by collisions. Based on available sensor signals and defined processing, it performs predictive maintenance, detects tool imbalance, and conducts simple tool/process monitoring. Additionally, when combined with the VA-3D MG sensor, it can measure up to 3-axis gravitational acceleration. 【Features】 ■ Detects damage to spindle bearings and wear or defects in drive shafts ■ Detects vibrations and tool imbalance during machining processes ■ Minimizes damage ■ Visualization and analysis of measurement data ■ Detects incorrect cutting parameters *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
