Defective product detection system 'X3s' used on press, forging, and rolling machines.
Regardless of machine dimensions or types of processing, by selecting suitable sensors and system configurations, we can detect minute defects in the micron range inline. Zero defective products!
The X series offers options for both press and rolling applications. The 'X3s (for press)' supports calibration of sensor waveforms with a maximum of 10 points and features an intelligent monitoring system equipped with a high-resolution 9-inch touch display. It is used for process monitoring, enabling optimization of production processes and improvement of work quality. Additionally, it has a positive impact on the entire machine. With multiple counter functions, it allows for detailed management and analysis of production. Furthermore, it can monitor process signals and display peak values, envelope curves, trends, and process quality.
