Intelligent Monitoring System 'X3S (for Rolling)'
Intelligent process monitoring for metal forming and sheet metal forming!
The "X3S (for thread rolling)" is an intelligent monitoring system equipped with automatic signal amplification and automatic monitoring angle setting functions, which automatically calculates all monitoring limits. Sensors placed in optimal locations on machines and molds convert process information into electrical signals. The electrical signals are amplified and filtered, then processed using appropriate monitoring methods. In addition to a 9-inch touch display, various analysis functions are available in all systems of the X series. 【Features】 ■ Protection of machines and molds ■ Quality control during the process ■ Increased productivity through extended runtime, reduced downtime, and improved production speed ■ Reduction of mold and scrap costs ■ Process analysis to achieve a more stable production process *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Other Features】 ■ The main screen allows you to grasp all information related to monitoring at a glance (counter, maximum force, envelope curve, trend limit). ■ It can automatically calculate the monitoring angle for new products and molds. ■ The optional ADM function indicates the vertical force between the fixed die and the movable die of the rolling machine. ■ By simply selecting the type of machine being used, you can immediately read the optimal settings and start monitoring. ■ It is possible to connect to the FactoryNet4.0 software for data collection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
