Die-cast mold surface temperature monitoring system "TTV"
Easily manage the surface temperature of molds! Contributes to the stabilization of die-cast product quality (compatible with mega/giga casting) [*Demo available].
"TTV (Total Thermal Vision)" is an infrared vision system designed to monitor the surface temperature of molds during the die-casting process. The thermographic camera built into the machine applies infrared visual technology to monitor the thermal map of the mold surface in real-time. It visualizes the processing steps and contributes to the optimization of release spray and lubrication processes during die-casting production. Additionally, the system consists of a controller unit and a thermographic camera unit, both designed to operate in particularly harsh foundry environments. 【Features】 ■ Stabilization of quality ■ Reduction of process costs (decrease in the number of waste shots) ■ Extension of mold lifespan ■ Optimization of cycle time ■ Improvement of system efficiency (OEE enhancement) ■ Analysis of process variables and errors ■ Reduction of unexpected process stoppages *Demonstrations are available. Please feel free to inquire. For detailed specifications, please download the PDF and take a look.
