Collision Detection System "GEMAMS"

Detects dynamic collisions and damage! Protects machines with a compact design that is easy to install inside control panels.

"GEMAMS" is a collision detection system that detects collisions during the autonomous operation of machine tools and robots using connected acceleration sensors. If the limit of a hard stop (such as an emergency stop) is exceeded, a stop signal is issued within 1 millisecond. This allows for the avoidance or minimization of damage to the machinery. Additionally, we also offer "GEMCMS," which detects collisions during autonomous operation or manual operation using piezoelectric force sensors. 【Features】 ■ 1 to 3-axis acceleration sensors can be connected via IEPE interface (standard specification) ■ All events are stored in event memory ■ Three operation modes ■ Three different limits can be set for each mode ■ Frequency analysis through FT evaluation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
