Non-contact measurement system "HAIRPINFLASH"
It is possible to conduct dimensional inspections of the main shape characteristics of hairpins. This contributes to the manufacturing of hairpin components that fit into the stator grooves.
"HAIRPINFLASH" is a non-contact measurement system that uses three dedicated high-resolution cameras equipped with a telecentric optical system to eliminate image distortion. By measuring critical parts (head, tail, roof), it controls length, width, and winding, avoiding issues during stator assembly, such as damage to the insulation paper within the stator slots.
