The "NVHG-EAR" is a testing machine that evaluates surface defects, machining distortions, and abnormal noise behavior in individual components by testing gears under high-speed and high-torque conditions. It operates based on the principle of a single-tooth surface test, where one master gear meshes with the component being inspected, detecting defects in both macro and micro shapes that can cause gear whine and noise phenomena.
