How about including grinding pads along with the slurry? We have prepared several types depending on the workpiece. We understand that some customers may find the adhesion of seals and their cleaning to be a hassle, but our company can provide technology that enables easy adhesion to the reference plate.

ULTRA-SOL(2)

We offer a variety of high-performance slurries that can be used in the CMP process after diamond polishing. We have developed slurries using colloidal silica, cerium oxide, and aluminum oxide through our unique technology.

Diamond slurry(9)

This is a slurry that blends our company's diamonds with water-based and oil-based lubricants. We offer ready-made SPLENDIS as well as special specifications that adjust viscosity and particle size distribution according to customer requirements. It is utilized for high-precision free abrasive polishing and for difficult-to-machine materials such as SiC and GaN.

Diamond powder(5)

We offer a wide range of types, including single crystals, polycrystals, natural materials, and clusters. Notably, our commitment to grading precision and abrasive grain shape management is exceptional. One of our significant strengths is our ability to control the abrasive grain size and shape that our customers target.

Liquid Diamond(2)

Our diamond powder is manufactured with high precision to very fine sizes, such as 0.015 microns (15 nanometers). While these tiny diamond sizes are prone to aggregation, we offer products that prevent diamond aggregation through our uniquely developed GAF technology.

Diamond paste/gell(2)

We prepare high-viscosity diamond paste and diamond gel for polishing superhard tools and molds. For large workpieces, diamond gel is recommended. Gel-type products are also used for polishing die holes.
