To better convey the appeal of our company to high school students, we have renewed our recruitment video aimed at them! We are delivering interviews with senior employees and a more realistic look at the actual workplace. It has received positive feedback, with many saying, "It's easy to imagine what working here would be like!" Participants were able to directly experience the daily operations and atmosphere of the workplace through factory tours, and during the discussion with employees, they heard specific stories about job satisfaction and career paths. On December 17th (Tuesday), we participated in the research and exhibition presentation held at Okayama Research Park and conducted a panel display. We had the opportunity to interact with representatives from companies, universities, and technical colleges in the prefecture. As part of their local studies, the students from Takaya Junior High School in Ihara City came for a workplace visit. It was a valuable opportunity for them to learn about "what kind of products are made" and "the people who work" at Takaya, which is near their school. They are said to be summarizing what they learned and will present it at school. It was heartwarming to see their surprise at the cutting-edge equipment and moving machinery that they don't usually encounter, and it energized us as well. We will continue to support all of you as you work hard in your studies and extracurricular activities and grow even more.

From December 11 (Wednesday) to December 13 (Friday), students from Kasaoka Technical High School participated in an internship. They worked with a sense of responsibility, considering the delivery of the products they were involved with to the customers. I hope that what they learned and experienced at Takaya will be useful for their future job hunting. Thank you to all the students and everyone involved!
