RFID Utilization Project Progress and Achievement Collection System
Real-time understanding of changes in project status! From now on, simply placing it will complete the input of achievements.
We introduce the "RFID Utilization Process Progress and Achievement Collection System," which automatically collects achievement information simply by placing or removing various cards on terminals set up in the workspace. Up to 20 cards can be stacked and read simultaneously, and when leaving the workspace, you only need to remove the cards. This allows for real-time understanding of changes in process status. Additionally, the RFID reader/writer with an LCD touch panel suitable for IoT edge devices operates in a standalone mode, eliminating the need for a PC installation. It uses a web server function to directly control the reader/writer from a browser. 【Features】 ■ Up to 20 cards can be stacked and read simultaneously ■ Only need to remove the cards when leaving the workspace ■ Flexible usage - Convenient tray type or slim stand type that takes up little space - The terminal's LCD screen can display errors and allow for direct input of achievements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We provide one-stop services for the collection, accumulation, and visualization of work performance data! The cloud service "RFID Work Performance Collection System" will be available for sale starting April 22.
Takaya Corporation will begin selling the cloud service "RFID Work Performance Collection System." This service enables data collection and accumulation from RFID readers, as well as the visualization of the collected data through the cloud. In recent years, with the promotion of work style reforms, there has been an increasing demand for improved productivity and correction of long working hours. Companies need to accurately grasp the actual working hours and content of their employees, but the accuracy of data collection remains unclear. This is particularly challenging in the manufacturing industry, where handwritten forms are often used, leading to issues such as omissions and errors that make it difficult to obtain accurate performance information. In response to this situation, our company has developed the "RFID Work Performance Collection System," which allows performance data to be transmitted simply by placing an RFID tag on an autonomous RFID reader. Since there is no need to record data each time work begins or is completed, workers can naturally and accurately record their working hours without being conscious of it. The ease of collecting performance data allows for more time to be dedicated to data analysis, enabling effective use of this information for reviewing personnel allocation and understanding and improving the status of each process as part of profit improvement efforts.

January 24-26, 38th Neppon Japan RFID-related Exhibits Introduction. We invite you to see the demonstrations and share your feedback with us.
RFID × IoT Data Service "RFID Work Performance Collection System" *Launch starting February 2024 Being autonomous, there is no need for control PCs or software development for both HF and UHF bands. Simply placing it allows for the transmission of IC tag data to the cloud via MQTT for data collection, achieving "visualization of work performance" through a dashboard function. Record management of items taken out with just a touch "Outward Management System" Utilizing IC tags to reliably record the history of items taken out and returned. Prevents omissions and mistakes in ledger entries, supports early detection of forgotten returns and losses. Efficient inventory with bulk reading using RFID handheld devices. Real-time monitoring of important documents, wafer transport containers, equipment, etc. "Shelf Antenna System" Real-time monitoring of the location, inventory status, and movement status of managed items. Automatic transport reading of semiconductor wafer containers Our reader/writer is compatible with semiconductor SEMI standard tags and complies with radio laws in Taiwan and China. Easily replace barcodes with RFID "Reader/Writer with HID Input" Reading data can be output via HID interface. Existing Excel ledgers and similar can be used as is, with no system modifications required. Multi-protocol compatible.
