**Product Lineup** ■ Spiral Blower Sonic's blowers are powerful industrial fans, particularly suitable for draining and drying processes. They feature a spiral design that allows for high air volume supply with low energy consumption. Compared to compressors, they are energy-efficient and can carry out tasks effectively while maintaining a stable airflow. They are utilized across a wide range of industries, including food manufacturing and metal processing, and are easy to maintain. Furthermore, when combined with the high-speed XE air knife (available in other shapes), they achieve uniform airflow, contributing to improved work quality. ■ High-Speed XE Air Knife This nozzle has further improved upon the traditional Tear Drop shape to enhance work efficiency. It utilizes precise air flow to efficiently dry products and remove foreign substances. The high-speed XE air knife, in particular, achieves uniform airflow while minimizing pressure loss, providing a powerful blowing effect. It is suitable for various applications, including draining in food processing, drying before labeling automotive parts, and more. The standard Sonic SMART Tunnel module is available in sizes 24", 48", 72", and 96" (optional: up to 120" with noise levels below 80dBA). Future product additions and line speed changes can be easily accommodated (support for full-length extensions or soundproofing). Noise levels can be reduced by 7 to 10dBA (optional to achieve below 80dBA). The standard air knife bracket requires minimal adjustments to fit the size of dedicated containers. With the separately sold indexed three-axis air knife bracket, various sizes of containers can be dried, and adjustments are easy. It comes with a sealed water droplet collection tray.
