Sheet formation using fibers other than wood pulp Various raw materials, such as metallic fibers, synthetic resin fiber, and inorganic fibers, can be formed into sheets using papermaking technology. We also excel in the papermaking of colored fibers, such as black fibers. 2. Converting powder into highly loaded sheets By incorporating functional powder into the fibers, we are able to maintain the properties of the powder at a higher level compared to the coating method. In addition, with our advanced papermaking technology, TOMOEGAWA is able to retain functional powder at a high density within the fibers. 3. Integration of multiple functional fibers into a single sheet By simultaneously papermaking both the main fibers and binder fibers in the papermaking process, it is possible to form the fibers into sheets.
