Reliable self-diagnostic function! Introduction of the ingredient analysis device for sugar beets and the inline near-infrared analyzer!

We would like to introduce our sugar solution, the "NIRS DS2500/ProFoss2." The "NIRS DS2500" is a high-precision near-infrared component measurement device that can quickly and safely measure the components at each stage of production, starting from raw beets transported by truck to the final product. Additionally, the "ProFoss2" is an inline near-infrared analyzer that can be utilized for measuring liquid samples such as cossettes, moisture, syrup, and molasses. With fully automated continuous measurement, it is possible to reduce labor costs associated with measurement and enhance measurement frequency, thereby achieving "visualization" of manufacturing. 【Features of NIRS DS2500】 ■ High-precision measurement using near-infrared analysis ■ New monochromator for high-precision full scanning across all wavelengths from 400 to 2500 nm ■ No sample pretreatment using reagents required ■ Ensures operator safety as no reagents are needed ■ Body design compliant with IP54 standards *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
