We would like to introduce our sugar solution, the "NIRS DS2500/ProFoss2." The "NIRS DS2500" is a high-precision near-infrared component measurement device that can quickly and safely measure the components at each stage of production, starting from raw beets transported by truck to the final product. Additionally, the "ProFoss2" is an inline near-infrared analyzer that can be utilized for measuring liquid samples such as cossettes, moisture, syrup, and molasses.
