Using the Agilent manual sampling bracket, manual sampling can be easily performed with the following steps: 1. Fix the bracket to the front of the elution tester body. 2. Connect it to the automatic sampling cannula. 3. The cannula automatically lowers via a motor to the specified time and zone set in the elution tester. 4. The operator only needs to aspirate the specified amount with a syringe. *It can also be used in conjunction with the Auto Sampler 850DS system.
