Efficient cooling of the heating element by an aluminum cast heat sink.
To enhance the heat sink function using aluminum castings, more complex and thinner shapes are realized through sand casting to maximize the aluminum surface area. Shapes that are difficult to mold with castings (such as those with sand cores or holes that cannot be machined) can also be formed using pipes of the same material.

Aluminum sand castings that form water channels with a 3mm pitch fin structure, enhancing the heat sink function through water cooling. Our unique manufacturing method allows for shapes that are difficult to mold with sand casting, accommodating production from a single unit to hundreds of lots.
