CRBC (High Rigidity Type) Cross Roller Bearing
Patent-acquired high-load compatible design! Used in applications requiring simultaneous rotation of inner and outer rings or rigidity.
The lineup is smaller than CRBA, but the main dimensions are the same. Hiwin's cross roller bearings, characterized by high rigidity and high rotational accuracy, are compact and easy to install. Both the sealed type and the open type have oil holes, allowing for grease filling. The rollers are separated by retainers, reducing friction and rotational torque between the rollers. They are suitable for a wide range of applications as rotating components in industrial automatic control devices, machine tools, inspection equipment, medical devices, and more. Each consists of an integral structure of inner and outer rings. ■ Sealed type (WW): Seals on both sides. Prevents foreign matter from entering the raceway and grease leakage. ■ Open type (NN): No seals on either side. Used for low-torque bearings due to low friction resistance. In both cases, grease can be replenished through the oil holes. They can be used in a wide range of applications as rotating components in industrial automatic control devices, machine tools, inspection equipment, medical devices, and more.
