The Hiwin cross roller bearing, characterized by high rigidity and high rotational accuracy, is compact and easy to install. Both the sealed and open types have oil holes, allowing for grease filling. The rollers are separated by retainers, reducing friction and rotational torque between the rollers. It is suitable for a wide range of applications as rotating components in industrial automatic control devices, machine tools, inspection equipment, and medical devices. It consists of an inner ring with flange holes for easy mounting to mechanisms, and an outer ring that is fixed with screws to prevent separation of the integrated structure and the two-part ring. ■ Sealed type (WW): Seals on both sides prevent foreign matter from entering the raceway and grease leakage. ■ Open type (NN): No seals on either side. It has low friction resistance and is used for low-torque bearings. In both types, grease can be replenished through the oil holes. They can be used in a wide range of applications as rotating components in industrial automatic control devices, machine tools, inspection equipment, and medical devices.
