Piezo Micro Linear Actuator N-470 High Retention Force Compact

Stroke up to 13mm, ideal for fine adjustments of mirrors and optical elements.

The N-470 is a compact inertial drive actuator with high holding force (over 100N) and a movement range of 7 to 13mm. Designed to replace conventional manual screw mechanisms, it is ideal for fine adjustment of optical mirror chip tilts and for long-term stable fixation of small components. It can be easily mounted to devices with an M10×1 screw and a 9.5mm clamp shank. When combined with the E-872 controller, it enables precise micro-motion control.
