What is UHF band RFID? UHF band RFID is a wireless communication technology that uses a frequency range of 860 to 960 MHz. This technology employs radio wave methods and is characterized by a longer communication distance compared to the electromagnetic induction method used in HF band. The communication distance can range from a few centimeters to several meters, allowing for the simultaneous reading of multiple tags. As a result, it is widely used in situations where efficient reading over a wide area is required, such as in logistics and inventory management. The communication speed is also fast, enabling the rapid processing of large amounts of data, which has led to its increasing application in the apparel and manufacturing industries.
