This is an electric heater cable for process insulation. It can maintain process temperatures up to 205°C.

The HTV self-regulating heater is a self-regulating heat trace heater that can be used in explosion-proof areas while accommodating high-temperature process insulation. It is widely adopted in hazardous locations where flammable gases and vapors are present, such as oil and chemical plants, power plants, and LNG facilities. Thanks to its self-regulating function, it automatically adjusts the heat output according to the surrounding temperature and pipe temperature, achieving efficient and stable temperature maintenance. Additionally, even when heaters overlap, they are less likely to overheat, contributing to improved safety.
