【Sonia and Sonosis Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles】 Non-pressurized fine particle spraying using a spray nozzle and ultrasonic oscillator. Ultrasonic vibrations from piezo ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle, causing the liquid film to vibrate and spray fine particles. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min. The Sonia Corporation's ultrasonic particle size generator transforms liquids into fine particles!

The ultrasonic particle generator transforms low-viscosity liquids into fine particles. Our company's compact 2.4MHz NO model 241T uses a Teflon-coated nebulizer. This device is fully microcontroller-based, allowing users to program operating parameters while handling various applications for actual particle generation. The front panel is equipped with an LCD that enables users to vary the particle generation rate from 0% to 100% in 5% increments. To move particles that exit the vessel created for special processes, such as coating small parts, a device is incorporated that can adjust the flow rate between 0-2 cfm. This air source and all other connections feature easily detachable 304SS fittings and Teflon O-rings, allowing for easy adaptation to cleaning or connections for external gas supply or vacuum. The 304SS Tee (also available in Teflon-coated) is designed to trap particles, with a small amount of airflow/gas/vacuum used to move particles from the device.

Typically, when creating fine particles, pressurization is necessary. Alternatively, a method using two fluids, known as a two-fluid system, is commonly used to break down liquids. However, if the particles have too much velocity, the liquid may scatter, creating a poor environment. To improve this, ultrasonic spray nozzles are often used.
