We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" at Kurashiki Central Hospital's Information Systems Department. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift in work styles made it physically impossible to take the time needed to explain things to patients. There was a need to eliminate the unnaturalness of free AI voices and the personal dependency of recordings on specific individuals. After implementation, a knowledge base organized by disease type and department was established. Over 36 videos for patients and more than 70 videos for staff have been created, driven by the field.
