We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" at Tokai Rika NExT Co., Ltd. Standard documents created in Excel and on paper were scattered in various locations, and there was no uniformity in storage locations or versions. With a large number of foreign staff, understanding and retaining information from paper manuals was also a challenge. After implementation, we consolidated the viewing locations by converting Excel standard documents into PDFs and registering them, thereby reducing the occurrence of version discrepancies.
