We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" in the manufacturing department of Milbon Co., Ltd. With paper manuals, subtle differences in operations were not conveyed, leading to variations in teaching methods and movements depending on the educator, resulting in a lack of standardization. Even though there was a desire to create videos, the time required for editing posed a challenge, preventing effective implementation. After the introduction, the preparation for study sessions and the creation of materials were significantly streamlined.
