We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" in the warehouse division of Maeda Transport Co., Ltd. Previously, there were almost no paper manuals, and individual know-how was passed on to new employees, making it impossible to standardize work rules, which led to mistakes. Due to the multinational nature of the workforce, training foreign employees was also challenging.
