From the load-displacement curve of ultra-microhardness measurement, the characteristics of various materials become apparent!

In our evaluation of the properties of various materials, it can be said that glass plates with less indentation are harder, while plastic cases with more indentation are softer. Additionally, glass plates and plastic cases with a high recovery amount have a higher proportion of elasticity, whereas metals with a low recovery amount have a higher proportion of plasticity. Furthermore, we also evaluate material properties that can be understood from the diagrams.
