In microscopy applications, a stage that can stably position samples and optical systems at the nanometer level is required. The P-753 LISA is a linear piezo stage with a stroke of 15 to 38 µm (depending on the model) and a minimum resolution of 0.1 nm (when using the appropriate controller). Its flexure guide structure enables smooth operation without friction or backlash.
