We would like to introduce a case study of installing two commercial food waste processors, "Sink Pia GJ-150," for Mori Corporation. In this case, we processed food waste such as vegetable scraps generated during the production of pickles. This product allows for the addition of food waste as long as it does not exceed the processing capacity. Specialized microorganisms for food waste processing reside in high density on the microbial carrier within the processing tank, and appropriate stirring enhances the biodegradation efficiency, leading to a compact design of the device.
