A case of installing a commercial food waste processor using a grant from Kamakura City.
We would like to introduce a case where our commercial food waste processor was installed at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital, a medical corporation of Tokushukai. Recently, with the use of a subsidy from Kamakura City, they have introduced the "Sinkpia GJ-500." The food waste generated daily, such as cooking scraps and leftovers, contains a lot of moisture and emits a significant amount of CO2 when incinerated. The Sinkpia processes this food waste through biodegradation.
