We would like to introduce a case where our commercial food waste processor "Sinkpia GJ-300" was installed at Gunma University Hospital. Sinkpia processes food waste on-site through biodegradation using the power of microorganisms, without the need for transportation or incineration. Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed waste, but now, as it liquefies food waste in about 24 hours, there is no need for removal, unlike composting or drying types.
