We have installed the commercial food waste processor "Sinkpia GJ-20" at Seiwaen, a special nursing home operated by the Seijo-kai social welfare corporation in Hiroshima Prefecture. This product uses the power of microorganisms for biodegradable processing. Within the processing tank, microorganisms specifically for food waste processing inhabit the microbial carrier at a high density, and appropriate stirring enhances the biodegradation efficiency. By installing it indoors, the route for transporting food waste has been shortened, and it has received positive feedback.
