Kyushu University, Ito Campus, Agricultural Faculty Attached Farm (Fukuoka Prefecture) has installed a commercial food waste processor "Sinkpia GJ-30." We are mainly inputting waste from tomatoes, watermelons, melons, and grapes cultivated on the farm. Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed material, but now, it liquefies food waste in about 24 hours, eliminating the need for removal in principle, unlike composting or drying types. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional food waste can be added.
