We have installed the commercial food waste processor "Sinkpia GJ-50" at Tokyo Seiritsu University (Tokyo). Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed material, but unlike composting or drying types, it liquefies food waste in about 24 hours, making removal generally unnecessary. In the processing tank, microorganisms specifically for the food waste processor live in high density on a microbial carrier, and appropriate stirring improves the biodegradation efficiency, allowing for a more compact device. We offer a product lineup ranging from 1-ton class to 20 kg type.
